ACG GAC Reference

Gladstone Airport Corporation (GAC) undertook a Request For Tender (RFT) to undertake works on our aprons and taxiways. The works included but not limited to five (5) primary aprons (two (2) of which are dedicated to RPT), and one (1) taxiway.

During the tender process and fact-finding process, Airport Consultancy Group (ACG) were extremely professional, open, and transparent. They provide a number of options to undertake the work ensuring GAC received not only the most cost-effective option but the best solution for our airport.

After extensive work and consideration, the works were awarded to ACG. The ACG hopped straight into action, holding meetings and briefing sessions to ensure the work to be undertaken was exactly as outlined in the RFT and contract. The contract, terms and conditions were easy to accept, and both executed the document promptly.

Our main contact during this project was Craig Halliday, ACG Construction Director. Craig was on site for the entire project ensuring that works were carried out in accordance with our agreement and specification. The ACG work crew were fantastic and worked tirelessly to not only meet deadlines and project timeless but completed the works well ahead of the project planned completion dated.

We found all of the ACG personnel to be cooperative, hardworking and professional in all dealings. On behalf of GAC, we would not hesitate in recommending ACG to any business wishing to engage them for any airport runway, taxiway or apron works.
