PROJECT CHALLENGES AND OUTCOMES
Active airport – With a requirement to keep the airport fully functional with zero impact to normal aircraft operations, ACG was able to stage construction works and use its extensive airports experience to manage contractors and fulfil this commitment.
Location – Carrying out construction and associated logistics at this airport presents significant challenges attributed to its remote location. Overcoming these logistical hurdles demands meticulous planning and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely project execution.
